Metsä Group - Äänekoski bio-product mill

One of the biggest projects in Digitekno`s history was made for the Finnish large corporation Metsä Group, in cooperation with another giant Tieto Oyj. The project was to create an LED-display system showing directions to incoming trucks full of different wood materials. The solution consisted of two gigantic 7-lane passage control LED-display portals, which the trucks need to pass before entering the actual factory area. After passing through portals, the trucks would meet more LED displays by the side of the road, this time with text information about where to take their cargo.
